Pale straw.

Aroma: 

Classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas of passionfruit and blackcurrant with a hint of oyster shell.

Palate: 

Luscious tropical fruit and crushed herb flavours combine with an elegant mineral character. The palate is intense and generous with a chalky texture and salty notes lingering on the finish.

Ageing: 

Drinking beautifully now and best enjoyed over the next two years.

Pale green. 

Aroma:

Fresh and fruit driven aromas of ripe citrus, guava and grapefruit.

Palate:

Generous layers of grapefruit and rich blackcurrant with underlying mineral characteristics. The palate has a crisp and full mouthfeel and a long lingering finish.

Ageing:

Drinking beautifully now and best enjoyed over the next two years.

Pale green.

Aroma:

A pungent green spectrum of blackcurrant leaf and crushed herb.

Palate:

Intensely concentrated with flavours of blackcurrant, green capsicum and a subtle mineral character. The palate is crisp and full, with a lingering fresh finish.

Ageing potential:
