Saint Clair Chardonnay

Saint Clair Family Estate produce various Chardonnays in a number of different styles.

Saint Clair Omaka Reserve Chardonnay is the very best Chardonnay that Saint Clair produces. The wine is fermented in American oak barrels (a mixture of new and seasoned). It is rich, complex and full-bodied.

The Saint Clair Pioneer Block Chardonnay’s utilise both French and American oak. The wines reflect differences in terroir and also individual winemaking techniques.

The Premium Chardonnay has light oak treatment and undergoes malolactic fermentation to add depth and give fullness of palate.

Saint Clair Vicar’s Choice Chardonnay is fruit driven and lightly oaked. Medium bodied with bright flavours of stone fruit and youthful creamy acidity.
