The grapes spent just a few hours on skins to extract the delicate strawberry colour, then carefully pressed. At the end of ferment the wine was stabilized, filtered, and carefully prepared for bottling.

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon taken from selected vineyard sites capable of reaching optimum flavor intensity before the sugar levels became too high. The fruit was specially selected and machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours.
