A delicious Rosé with flavours of fresh strawberries, poached pear and a fresh persistent finish.

Aromas of strawberries and cream leap from the glass with a subtle fresh pear note.


Red berry flavours of strawberries and raspberries combined with cream intermingle with fresh pear creating a delicious fruit driven styled wine with a refreshing clean finish.

Ageing potential:

Drink upon purchase or at its best within two to three years from vintage date.


Following harvesting the grapes spent only a few hours on their skins to obtain the perfect flavour, aroma and colour required following which it was carefully pressed. Fermentation took place in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine was stabilized and carefully prepared for bottling. A combination of both Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir varietals were utilized to create this wine.


Harvested in the cool of the evening to retain the fresh fruit flavours from the grapes.

Wine Analysis:

Alcohol: 13% v/v, Titratable Acidity: 5.7g/litre, Residual Sugar: 5.0g/litre, pH: 3.21.

Food match:

A perfect aperitif or well matched with a fresh summer salad and pan seared fish wish a splash of lemon.
