Saint Clair
Marlborough Premium

Light bodied and easy drinking with distinct characters of ripe lime and grapefruit.

Pale green-gold.


Bright citrus aromas of sweet lime and a touch of mandarin combine with subtle hints of fresh spring flowers and honey suckle.


Characters of ripe lime, zesty lemon and grapefruit combine with a distinct mineral note. The wine finishes with well-balanced refreshing acidity.

Ageing potential:

Perfect for drinking immediately, this Riesling will continue to reward for the next two to three years.


Grapes from several different vineyard sites planted in the Dog Point, Omaka and Brancott valleys we’re blended to create this wine. The fruit was picked at the peak of flavour development and each batch was tank fermented separately at cool temperatures using yeast strains selected to retain freshness and intensity of fruit flavour. After ferment all of the batches were assessed for quality with the resultant Premium blend put together from some of the best scoring wine batches. The wine was then balanced, stabilised and prepared for bottling.

Wine Analysis:

Alcohol: 12.0% v/v, Titratable Acidity: 8.1g/litre, Residual Sugar: 8.7 g/litre, pH: 2.95.

Food match:

Enjoy on its own or match with fresh seafood, roast pork with apple sauce or lightly spiced Thai curry.
