Light bodied and easy drinking, showing distinct characters of ripe lime and grapefruit.

Bright aromas of citrus and sweet lime, with hints of juniper and green melon.


Light bodied and easy drinking displaying distinct Riesling characters of ripe lime and grapefruit. The wine has a distinct mineral note and good fruit weight, which follows through with well balanced acidity and a round, smooth finish.

Ageing potential:

Perfect for drinking immediately and will continue to reward and develop for the next two to three years.


Grapes from several vineyards within Marlborough were chosen specifically for this wine, primarily from sites in the lower Brancott and Awatere Valley regions. The grapes were picked in the evening at the peak of flavour development. Each batch was tank fermented separately at cool temperatures using yeasts strains selected to retain freshness and intensity of fruit flavour. After ferment each batch was assessed for quality and only premium batches were used for this blend. The resulting wine was balanced, stabilised and prepared for bottling under screw cap.

Wine Analysis:

Alcohol: Alcohol 11% v/v, Titratable Acidity: 8.6g/litre, Residual Sugar: 12.2g/litre, pH: 3.21.

Enjoy on its own or match with fresh seafood, roast pork with apple sauce or lightly spiced Thai curries.
