Medium-bodied, elegant and luscious with expressions of rose water, lychee and ginger spice.

Intense aromas of Turkish delight and spices.


Medium-bodied with a soft round silky texture. Elegant and luscious on the palate with expressions of rose water and lychee. A balanced finish shows hints of ginger and spices.

Ageing potential:

Perfect for drinking now. This wine will continue to reward for the next three to five years.


Grape must is left to cold soak on skins for an extended period to assist in extraction of flavours. Post pressing, settled clear juice is fermented with aromatic yeasts which enhance the varietal expression of the wine.


Grapes are sourced from two vineyards in Marlborough’s Dog Point area. These vineyards are low cropping and immaculately tended to produce fruit with intense varietal expression. The grapes were picked during the cool of the night at the peak of flavour development.

Wine Analysis:

Alcohol: 13% v/v, Titratable Acidity: 5.3g/litre, Residual Sugar: 12g/litre, pH: 3.65.

Enjoy with Marlborough salmon, spicy cuisine, duck or roast poultry.
