The Saint Clair Omaka Reserve, which is a full bodied style and not for the faint hearted!
The Saint Clair Pioneer Block Chardonnay’s explore the use of French and American oak. The wines reflect both the terroir and the individual nature of the winemaking.
The Premium Range Chardonnay has light oak treatment to add complexity to the dominant fruit flavours.
The Unoaked Marlborough Chardonnay has secondary malo-lactic fermentation that provides added complexity to produce a wine enjoyed by people preferring a lighter style of Chardonnay.
Saint Clair Vicar’s Choice Chardonnay is medium bodied with bright flavours of stone fruit and youthful and creamy acidity.
