Online Ordering Terms & Conditions

  • Refund Policy: You may return any unopened/undamaged bottles to Saint Clair Cellar door for a full or partial refund anytime within 30 days of purchase.
  • Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. The information collected will not be sold to anyone and will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • Cancellation Policy Policy: If you decide to cancel your order before your order is received. We will refund your purchase.
  • Persons ordering wine must comply with relevant national liquor laws.
  • Wine is only supplied to persons over 18 years of age.
  • When the order is received you will be sent a confirmation of your order as soon as is possible.
  • We offer FREE Freight on all wine orders over twelve (12) bottles (within NZ ONLY).
  • A $5.00 freight charge will be added for orders less than twelve (12) bottles
  • Delivery can be expected within four working days of receipt of the order.
  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZ).
  • All prices are inclusive of New Zealand GST.
  • Payments can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Bankcard). Payment by cheque is also acceptable but wines will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. If paying by credit card please use the form provided which allows for secure online payments.

Secure Online Payments

To protect your credit card details from unauthorised access we do not allow our customers to enter credit card details on this non-secure order page. Upon submitting your order you will be taken to a page where you are invited to continue placing your order by clicking a PROCEED button. This link will take you to a certificated secure server utilising Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts your credit card details as they are transmitted to the secure server.

Our secure server is provided by 2Day.com. You can verify that the web page you are viewing is located on a secure server by looking for the padlock icon on the status bar of your browser (bottom right hand corner of your window). To further protect the security of your credit card details we do not transmit the details from the secure server but instead we collect all details directly off the Secure Server and delete them so no record of them is kept on any computer.
